Adult Early Intervention Services

Areas Serviced: Broward and Miami-Dade 

In-home on-site services to Pregnant women and families of children under the age of three. The goal of the program is to lower risk factors associated with preterm birth, low birth weight, infant mortality, and poor developmental outcomes. This program offers care coordination as well as education in areas like Prenatal and Parenting Education and more.
