Higher Level of care the Families in Transition Residential Program provides substance abuse treatment services to women and mothers with substance abuse including those that have been deemed unsafe by the child welfare system. This unique program support that you will need as you transition through the Recovery Oriented System of Care and ultimately into the community. This program utilizes evidence-based practice (EBP).

The goal of the Families In Transition program is to equip parents with much needed recovery-oriented tools that aid in the elimination of substance use as a barrier to their family’s reunification. The program delivers services through a targeted team of therapist, care coordinator and peer specialist.
